The current Annual General Assessment is $600.00 per site of ownership. There is no additional Special Assessment at this time. 

As stated in Section 6.04 of our Bylaws, any assessment not paid by the stated due date is subject to a late charge of $20, as well as $20/month thereafter. If your payment is late, please add the late fee to your shopping cart as well.

NOTE: There is 2.9% Convenience fee applied to each purchase, along with an additional processing fee of $0.30 (thirty cents).
