As stated in Section 6.04 of our Bylaws, any assessment not paid by the stated due date is subject to a late charge of $20, as well as $20/month thereafter.

NOTE: There is 2.9% Convenience fee applied to each purchase, along with an additional processing fee of $0.30 (thirty cents).
